Today, 18th July 2017, Gurgaon witnessed its first Wi-Fi enabled bus stop. You can find it at HUDA City Centre bus stop. A customer is entitled to 20 minutes of Wi-Fi on a daily basis.
20 minutes is almost nothing for an average Internet user, but if you are waiting for your bus, then 20 minutes of 4G Internet is quite a boon. These days, homes and workplaces have Wi-Fi. It will be great to get some net in-between.
HUDA City City bus stop is quite a hot spot for a Wi-Fi hotspot. It receives a huge number of daily commuters or frequent commuters on a daily basis.
Vodafone will be setting up more such centres at different bus stops across Gurgaon in the days to come. It is already there is Delhi-NCR at various markets, malls, public places, colleges, hospitals, etc. Some of these places include Dilli Haat, Khan Market, Fortis Hospital and all Vodafone stores across Delhi.
