Google Pixel XL 2 is coming on 5th October

Google Pixel XL 2 will come with a massive 5.99-inch display of QHD OLED display. This leak has been done by PhoneArena. The device won’t be bezel-less and will have bezels according to the case leak reports.

Google Pixel phones do not need an intro. They are one of the most looked forward to devices besides LG V30, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, iPhone 8, etc. There are rumors of the device being launched on 5th October.

Google will skip the 3.5 mm jack slot in the upcoming Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL. There has been no official word from the company, but case maker Olixar has revealed the design of these phone via the design of some cases.

The first visible change in the next generation Pixel phone is obviously the absence of 3.5mm jack slot. If Google did away with the 3.5mm jack slot, they should be making some really awesome headphones to cover it up.

Besides, the bezels in the front also look thinner.

Another noticeable thing is the absence of a dual camera. The secondary camera primarily focuses on giving the image a bokeh effect. But I’m pretty sure Google has done some real wonders with the single rear camera.

Rumors of Google Pixel 2 so far..

Both the Pixel phones will have a display of more than 6-inches and will be OLED in nature. As it was previously known, Google won’t be including curved display on their device yet. It has been proved by the cases as well

It’s also known that the position of the fingerprint sensor has been shifted from glass to aluminum part of the back panel. Due to this, the glass portion has reduced. As for the camera lens, it has got much larger as compared to the previous gen Google phones.

It’s also expected that the upcoming Google flagships will come with IP68 certified i.e. dust and water resistant. In the inside, it is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with 4GB RAM (at least).

Do take these leaks with a pinch of salt.
