New variant of HTC U11 recently spotted on GFXBench

A new device codenamed HTC 2Q4D1 has paid a visit to GFXBench. Rumors suggest that this device is the HTC U11 Plus. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor running at 2.4GHz speed and 4GB RAM.

As for the display, the device has a 6-inch screen with 1440 x 2880 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. There is 64GB storage only.

In the camera department, there is a 12MP rear camera and 8MP front camera. You can see the specs these cameras will have in the image above.

There is a chance of this very phone releasing on November 2, whose invites leaked a couple of days back. If gone by the rumors, HTC U11 Plus will be launched on 2nd November at Taipei.

HTC has been one of the consistent brands for the past couple of years. They keep their phones coming on and off. Their phones are both budget phones as well as premium phones.

When I got HTC Desire 816 for my mom, I was quite delighted to see how light-weighted the phone was. The camera quality of the phone was good too!

Smartphone coming are really in a stiff competition with each other. Whether it be feature phones, budget phones or premium phone – you can clearly see every brand trying to compete with the other brands.

HTC has quite a reputation in the market already. They are planning to end the year with some good news for their well-wishers and users. HTC U11 was a flagship phone already launched by HTC this year. Now, there is 3 more in their list queue.

The upcoming 3 phones are codenamed Ocean Master, Ocean Harmony and Ocean Lite. Ocean Lite (or HTC U11 Lite) will be running on Android One. Ocean Harmony will come with a 6-inch display with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.

Now that a premium phone has been launched by HTC. It’s quite evident that the upcoming 3 phones of 2017 would be budget phones.
