Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) has already been in news. This phone is the alleged budget Infinity display phone with aspect ration 18:9 from Samsung. Although many other devices have such displays, the premium feel of a device is quite unmatched.
However, Samsung Galaxy A5 and Samsung Galaxy A7 have finally received Wi-Fi certification. These devices are model numbered SM-A530F and SM-A730F.
The A7 model that is being talked about is found to be similar to another Samsung device which visited Geekbench recently. As per the Geekbench listing, Samsung Galaxy A7 will come with Exynos 7885 chipset running at 1.85GHz. This Exynos chipset is said to be octa-core which uses 10nm FinET process with two A73 and six A53 cores. Besides, it will have Mali G71 GPU and 6 gigs of RAM.
These upcoming Galaxy phones will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. Nougat is quite updated as per Android standards, so there are chances that these devices might come with Android Oreo out-of-the-box.
Coming to the certification, these devices have been granted Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/ac certification. There is also a rumor that the device might come with Bluetooth 5. The devices may also come with dual-camera as most of the phones these days have a dual camera and it would be totally inappropriate if Samsung does not include it in these handsets.
This year is about to get over and we won’t be seeing there two devices anytime soon. Moreover, Samsung is prepping up the market for Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. A lot of rumors are going around these devices as Samsung wants to make them as hit as possible. LG G7 is expected to launch at the same time.
These devices won’t be launched until 2nd quarter in 2018. I’m quite excited about the device. What about you?
