Google released the first *Developer Preview for Android P. However, this preview is available exclusively for developers. However, if your smartphone belongs to the Pixel family (i.e. Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL) you may flash your device and install Developer Preview for Android P.

FYI, Flashing your device invalids your devices’ warranty.

Head over to Android developer website, download system images and flash it to your device. At the above-mentioned link, you can see different download links for the different devices from the Pixel family.

As you may (or may not) know, flashing a device will wipe off all data from your phone. Make sure you take a backup on any of the cloud services or offline on other devices (laptop, memory cards, etc).

However, if you don’t own a Pixel, here’s what you can do. You can use Android emulator to test their Android apps.
