The awaited Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is rumoured to hit the markets sooner than speculated and the handset is expected to feature two new features. Yes, the triple camera sensor setup on the rear side and in-display fingerprint sensor.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 Fingerprint sensor
There are still no solid reports which can confirm the presence of in-display fingerprint sensor in Galaxy Note 9 but there are a few reports emerging reporting that Samsung is all set to make a final decision on this matter.
In a week or two, the decision will be made in the favor of under-display fingerprint scanner to be part of Galaxy Note 9 package or not. In my opinion, Samsung will go ahead in the favor of putting this feature as it will be a big feature to make the Note 9 stand out.
Considering the Note series history, Samsung will definitely consider launching the handset with this feature.
There are few more threads on the internet claiming the use of triple camera setup by Samsung in this upcoming flagship handset. The company have already won the camera lover’s hearts with its camera tech in Galaxy S9 Plus which allows the changing of aperture. This feature have never been part of any camera sensor of this size.
In earlier development, Samsung has already commenced the development of Note 9’s firmware and started testing these two builds – N960FXXE0ARB7 and N960FXXU0ARC5.
Even though the firmware revealed that the device was closer to launch, it could not guess the Android version it was based on. However, since Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus were launched with Android 8.0 out-of-the-box, Note 9 is expected to follow the same.
