Infocus will launch dual-camera phone with 18-9 aspect ratio

InFocus is now planning to step up their smartphone game in order to attract more users. In its upcoming smartphone, the company has decided to include Vision 3, a 5.7 display and a dual-lens camera. The best part is, they will still retain their budget-friendly pricing.

The smartphone might come with a 720p display and IPS LCD screen. The display would also have an aspect ratio of 16:9. Besides, the phone will have a dual rear camera – 13MP + 8MP. This will help create a bokeh effect i.e. Portrait Mode. Now that Instagram has officially made ‘Focus’ an in-app feature, this feature isn’t really going to lure the crowd in.

In order to support this super powerful camera, there will be a 4000mAh battery. The battery, as claimed by InFocus, is expected to last more than 24hours. (Okay! You got me there InFocus.)

Apart from these specs, another ‘rumored’ feature is the ability to support split screen for running two apps simultaneously. Nothing is known apart from these about the chipset, RAM, etc.

This new smartphone by InFocus will be launched in mid-April. The device will have a premium look, thanks to the metallic finish. Do take the news with a pinch of salt as the only specifications revealed by the company is Vision 3, a huge display and dua-lens camera.

It looks like quite a good deal… Doesn’t it?
