Oppo launched Oppo F7 Diamond Black Special Edition in India. The device is priced at Rs. 26,990 and will be available online (Amazon, Flipkart and PayTM) and offline.
Oppo F7 Diamond Black Special Edition comes with multi-layered metallic glass back panel. As the name suggests, the back panel has diamond-like flow and reflects light. The diamond pattern reflects different light when viewed from different angles.
Oppo F7 Diamond Black Special Edition has 6gigs of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
It comes with a gigantic 6.23-inch display with Full HD+ IPS LCD display. It also has 19:9 Aspect Ratio and a display notch. In the processor end, there is the Helio P60 octa-core processor.
F7 Special Edition boasts of a 25MP front selfie camera with Sony 576 sensor, real-time HDR technology and f/2.0 aperture. Meanwhile, the rear camera is 16MP shooter with f/1.8 aperture, AI scenes recognization feature and Face Unlock capabilities.
On the wireless connectivity front, there is VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB OTG, and GPS. It also has the accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box on 3400mAh battery.
The Oppo F7 Diamond Black Special Edition would have been pretty much os a carbon copy of the Oppo F7 iff not for the diamond back. Other extra specs are 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. All these gets added with a price bump of Rs. 5000 as compared to the original F7.
As gorgeous as it looks, this device will attract users who prefer fancier and unique looking daily drivers. However, if you are only switching to this phone for the camera, you may go ahead with the original Oppo F7 and save some bucks.
