Huawei Mate 20 might come with Android P out-of-the-box

According to some files shared with XDA-Developers, here’s some interesting news related to Huawei Mate 20, Mate 20 Lite and Pro. The major focus of the file has been the Mate 20, so we’ll be focussing on the same here.

The Huawei Mate 20 will be powered by Kirin 980 chipset with a 7nm processor which is said to improve the performance as well as the efficiency of the device. Coupled with it will be 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The files also point towards a larger display of 6.3-inches with an OLED panel with trimmed down bezels for a superior display experience. The OLED display has been handed down from the Mtae 10 Pro so it’s not much of a big news.

The huge displayed Mate 20 will be coupled with a massive 4200mAh battery. The battery size has increased considerably from the predecessor by 5%. Moreover, other smartphone manufacturers are also manufacturing their flagship devices with massive battery lives. So why not Huawei?

Huawei Mate 20 will come with Android P out of the box with EMUI 9.0 skin on top. The latest Android version with the latest version of their home build screen – get ready to see some new features!

Another news leak by TENAA confirms that the Huawei Mate 20 lineup will have two variants. On the rear side will be the fingerprint sensor accompanied by the protruded dual camera set up placed vertically on top. The notch is also out of the picture.
