Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo is expected to be launched in the Indian market soon. The device will come with the model number SM-J720F. As it’s evident in the render, the device looks quite similar to the previous Galaxy J series phones.
As far as the front panel of the device is concerned, it comes with the usual 16:9 aspect ratio. There are the Physical Home Button and Android capacitive touch buttons on either side along the lower edge. These buttons are expected to feature the new Samsung Experience design. On the upper edge, you can see the front selfie camera with LED Flash.
There have been some speculations around Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo coming with a dedicated Bixby button. However, those speculations have been ruled over by the reports. The latest update on this suggests that J7 Duo users can only access Bixby Home and Bixby Reminder features. Besides, there is no sign of dedicated Bixby button on the rendered image as well. A budget Bixby enabled device from Samsung would be an interesting hands-on even though all the Bixby features can’t be used full-fledgedly.
The Samsung Galaxy J series phones usually come with non-removable built-in batteries. However, J7 Duo is expected to come with removable battery i.e. the device might be comparatively thicker than the previous models.
The other specifications of Samsung Galaxy J7 Duo (as leaked earlier) – 13MP + 5MP rear camera, Exynos 7885, 3GB RAM, 5-inch HD display and Android 8.0 Oreo.
Galaxy J7 Duo, being a mid-range phone, one shouldn’t have high hopes of the dual rear camera because that’s a lavish feature which only high-end phones can enjoy.
Looking forward to the device? Let me know in the comments below.
