In an event today in London, UK, Huawei announced Honor 7X smartphone, publishing its specifications, features and pricing details. The handset is to come at a cost of 12,999 INR for Indian consumers.
Honor 7X Specs
The handset features a 5.93-inch IPS screen featuring the trendy 18:9 aspect ratio. The screen is tall and packs more pixels than non-taller screens earlier in trend. Full HD+ is the resolution mentioned at the time of launch. We did updated about these specs in our earlier coverage.
Homegrown HiSilicon Kirin 659 octa-core processor is handling the CPU department which is coupled with 4GB of RAM. There are two storage variants, 32GB and 64GB. The beefier variant is going to cost 15,999 INR.
The storage is expandable up to 256GB via microSD Card in one of the SIM card slot (hint – Hybrid slot). Android 7.0 Nougat based EMUI 5.1 is running the software side. Rear mounted fingerprint scanner is also part of the package.
On the rear side, a 16MP primary shooter is coupled with a 2MP secondary shooter to capture the depth in every frame. The dual camera setup is assisted with PDAF autofocus and LED flash. The front side gets an 8MP selfie shooter. There is dedicated Portrait mode feature for both front and rear cameras.
It weighs 165grams and has all standard connectivity features like 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. 3340mAh battery is handled the responsibility to power the device which is connected to a microUSB port for fuelling up.
Honor 7X price in India is 12,999 INR and it will be available from December 7, 2017 exclusively on Amazon India.
