Sachin Tendulkar is all set to launch his first phone on 3rd May.
The phone will be an Android phone which will be manufactured by Smartron.
Smartron is an Indian global technology and internet of things. It was founded by Mahesh Lingareddy, who is also the co-founder of Silicon startup named Soft Machines. Sachin Tendulkar is the investor as well as the brand ambassador of Smartron.
Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar (known as Sachin Tendulkar) has named his phone Srtphone, after his initials. The company used Twitter to make the news official.

Besides naming the phone after Sachin, Smartron has been smart enough to keep the phone as cheap as Rs.15,000. According to News 18, the bach panel of the device will have Sachin’s autograph.
Looking at Sachin’s fan base in India, a signed phone from the God of Cricket can be the reason to buy the phone for many people.
Srtphone came up with a campaign #MyWishToMeetSachin where fans can meet Sachin during the launch of the phone on 3rd May. The company better get police force handy for that day.

The hype has just been created. Apart from the pricing and the fact that the phone is named after Sachin, nothing is known about the phone yet.
The Srtphone comes with a tagline ‘Mastery at the Core’. It’s an indication that the device will have a good performance. The phone has to have a good performance if they want to stay in the long run.
