This new smartphone we’re talking of here is launched in Thailand and is also available in Vietnam. The device is carrying a price tag of 26,90,000 VND which roughly converts to $121, further coming at 8,100INR in India. Although, there is no update when it will be arriving in our country.
The all-new ZTE Blade D2 comes with affordable specifications but with a larger 4,000mAh battery. The display measures 5-inch carrying an IPS panel and offering a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, aka HD. Underneath, a 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor is available which is clocked at 1.3GHz.
The CPU side is clubbed with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. The camera department carries an 8MP shooter at the rear side with autofocus and LED flash while the front side gets a 5MP selfie shooter.
Dual SIM card support is onboard along with usual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, and microUSB 2.0 port. The handset measures 144×69.5x8mm in dimension and weigh about 155 grams. ZTE has offered its own customised UI atop of Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The battery slipped inside is claimed to deliver 17 hours of talk time and 528 hours of standby which can make the device easily run for a single day.
Clearly the specifications offered in the handset here are good enough to help that bigger battery inside to deliver impressive battery life. The processor isn’t that super speedy and the display is limited to HD resolution itself. Both of these are good enough to help consumer reach a full day on a single charge, easily.
Let’s see when this device comes out to other countries. Between, do you think it’s an interesting offering?
